通常情况下，在用户主页返回的数据中，有几个字段像sec_uid，uid，webcast_uid， short_id，display_id，通过sec_uid来识别一个用户的

但是我们通过抓包拿到的接口往往都是sec_uid,
而一个webcast_uid对应一个uid，所以这个时候我们就需要把webcast_uid转成uid。
