【如何写论文】——写作提效的n个技巧：Word图、表自动编号 +Zotero实现参考文献自动化

一、Word图、表自动编号

在论文写作中，通常会包含数十张图片或表格。默认情况下，这些图片和表格都是没有编号的。

然而，在文档中为了方便指明对应的图和表，通常需要手动为它们添加编号，而手动编号时，如果需要添加或删除图表，或者进行重新排序，需要手动编辑每个编号。这不仅耗时，也容易出错，使用自动编号功能，可以避免给自己增加不必要的工作量。

1.1、单级编号

在需要插入图号的地方——点击插入题注

点击新建标签，在新弹出的输入框中输入：“图”，然后点击确定，这样以后题注就能自动生成“图”字了。

然后点击编号，再弹出的题注编号框里，选择格式为1,2,3,…

然后即可出现自动标号，图1、图2、图3…的效果

当编辑了图，更换了顺序或者出现新增和删除的情况，仅仅需要右键点击图号，点击更新域，即可自动刷新图号。

如果要生成表号（表1、表2、表3…），方法类似，只需要在标签当中新建一个“表”的标签即可。

1.2、多级编号

当然有些论文格式要求，图和表在编号时需要使用多级编号如图1-1、图1-2、图2-1…。这种情况有两种解决方案：

第一种即按照1.1的方法，但是在新建标签时选择新建“表1-”标签、“表2”标签，缺点在于每一章节都需要新建一个标签。

1.3、交叉引用

Word的交叉引用功能是指在文档中创建一个引用，引用到同一文档中的其他部分（如章节、图表、表格、脚注等），以便读者能够快速定位到引用的地方。交叉引用功能可以使文档更易于阅读和导航，并提供了一种动态更新引用的机制。

设置好了题注就可以使用交叉引用自动生成了，比如在这句话中“本章实验设置的具体参数如【】所示”，在括号的地方点击交叉引用。

在弹出的交叉引用框里，选择引用类型为表2-（因为在1.2节本例选择了方案1的做法），然后选择引用内容为仅标签和编号，选择引用的题注，点击插入，即可自动生成。

另外勾选插入为超链接，插入后，按住Ctrl键+鼠标单击即可迅速跳转到对应表和图，非常的方便好用。

最终生成效果如下：

1.4、修改题注格式

在成功设置好题注后，就可以统一调整题注格式了，将鼠标指针移动到任意图或者表上，点击开始——样式，即可看到样式自动跳到了题注一栏。

点击修改按钮，进入修改设置。在这里，可以设置中文和英文的格式，中文一般设置为宋体小四，英文一般设置为Times New Roman，方法如下：

然后全文的题注样式就可以自动统一了。

二、Zotero实现参考文献自动化

Zotero是一款开源的文献管理工具，它提供了多种功能来帮助用户组织、存储和引用学术文献。Zotero能够以多种格式导出文献引用，适用于学术论文、报告和其他文稿。它还能够管理和自动生成引文列表和参考文献。

首先进入官网下载Zotero官方软件，安装后如果Word已经激活，其会自动作为插件插入到Word当中。

另外，其还会自动在Google Chrome浏览器或者Firefox中自动安装Zotero插件，在使用知网、谷歌学术、IEEE Xpolre等等文献检索工具时,都可以点击Zotero插件将其保存到文献库当中。

在论文写作过程中，如果需要引用某篇文章，直接在word中点击左上角的Add/Edit Citation 在跳出来的窗口中选择需要引用的文献即可。

当引用完成后，在文章末尾点击Add/Edit Bibliography就可以自动生成参考文献了。参考文献的默认样式可能不是标准GB/T 7714-2015，这里需要点击Document Preferences

进入设置，选择一下需要的样式即可，这里是

China National Standard GB/T 7714-2015

，如果需要更改某些样式（比如中英文混排、去除最后的引用时间、网址），需要点击管理样式-样式编辑器进行更改：
